Who we are

This website belongs to Netwave, a small web studio in Tbilisi, Georgia. If you have any question about your information, write to hello@netwave.ge.

What the contact form collects

When you send a message through the contact form or request a call, we receive your name, your phone number or email (both when you book a call), your message, the time you chose, and the type of business if you choose one.

We use this only to reply to you and to prepare a plan and price. We never sell it or share it with anyone for marketing.

The form is delivered by a form service, which stores the message so we can read it.

WhatsApp, email, Instagram and call booking

If you book a call on this site, the booking is saved in our own Google account (Google Sheets and Google Calendar) so we can call you at that time.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, by email or on Instagram, or book a call through an online booking service, your message and details are handled by that service under its own privacy policy.

No tracking cookies

This site does not use tracking cookies, advertising or analytics tools. It only remembers your language choice in your own browser, and that is never sent to us.

Like every website, our hosting provider may keep short technical logs (such as IP addresses) to keep the site secure.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as we need them to talk with you, and for any work we do together. Then we delete them.

Seeing or deleting your information

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Write to hello@netwave.ge or send a message on WhatsApp, and we will do it.
